Return Policy
At ChicagoPiercingCompany.com we use only the highest quality 316LVM Surgical Stainless Steel, 14 Karat Gold, and Platinum body jewelry. Every piece of jewelry is brand-new and has never been worn. All body jewelry arrives in a sterile package, with Stainless Steel jewelry fully autoclaved and gold, white gold and platinum jewelry cold sterilized. With this policy we cannot accept returns for any product, for any reason except those that have manufacturing defects or shipping errors. All body jewelry is size specific and ChicagoPiercingCompany.com is not responsible for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, gauge or length. Please refer to our sizing chart or consult your local piercer to ensure proper ordering.
In the event that you need to return a piece of body jewelry due to shipping error or manufacturing defect, please email a customer service representative at service@chicagopiercingcompany.com within 5 business days to receive a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number or after the 5 day review period has passed.
Once you receive your authorization number please write it on your return shipping label. Please include the new, unworn piece of jewelry with all shipping materials used in the original package. Make sure that you pack your jewelry securely and use a carrier that will insure your package for the full amount paid, we suggest FedEx express shipping.
ChicagoPiercingCompany.com is not responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once your return has been processed, you will be contacted via email. You will be offered the choice of either credit to your account or a replacement piece. |
